Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

• Provide subject matter expertise and legal advice on a range of financial markets transactional and regulatory matters.

• Negotiate and draft client transaction documentation (e.g. derivative master agreements).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the NAB Markets business.

• Contribute to the positive team culture of the Markets Legal team.

We are looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• 3-4 years+ post admission experience in private, public and/or in-house legal practice and a current Australian Practising Certificate.

• Experience in providing legal advice to a global financial markets business with a strong regulatory focus and negotiation of industry transaction documentation (e.g. derivative master agreements) essential.

• Strong drafting skills including exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver, clear, pragmatic advice which balances risk and customer and business outcomes in the context of a financial markets business.

• To be self-motivated, collaborative, and the ability juggle competing demands in a very busy and energised environment.
