In this Guest Service Associate role, you will be joining the Enterprise Property team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
You’ll go above and beyond to:
- Deliver exceptional workplace experiences and service to colleagues, customers and visitors in our commercial buildings; ensuring qualitative customer outcomes are realised.
- Provide guidance and support to Guest Services Advisors and assist in the coordination of day-to-day workplace operations.
- Oversee a designated service area within Workplace Services such as concierge to ensure the smooth running of daily activities and touch points within your focus area.
- Ensure exceptional front-of-house customer service by anticipating needs, listening to the customers and visitors, and making every interaction simple, effective, and quick.
- Oversee the work of Guest Service Advisors by providing direction, mentoring and coaching to one or more Guest Service Advisors within their scope of accountability.
- Management of one or more of these focus areas including access pass management, VIP and visitor management, mail management, lockers, storage, meeting room and event management, tenancy floor checks, carpark management.
- Support business continuity by assisting with operational coordination and acting as a delegate for the Workplace Lead during periods of leave or absence.
- Contribute to a high-performing workplace experience team by supporting a range of concierge, hospitality and operational activities.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences for colleagues, customers and visitors.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, concierge or workplace experience roles will be highly regarded.
- Previous people leadership experience preferred with proven track record of coaching and mentoring team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a practical, common-sense approach to resolving issues.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple workplace services.
- Professional, polished and approachable manner, with the confidence to represent the organisation as a front-of-house ambassador.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities.
