This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing change team supporting a diverse portfolio of initiatives across Personal Banking. You'll play a key role in helping colleagues navigate change by developing and delivering impactful change strategies, communications, learning and engagement activities. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help ensure change is embedded successfully and delivers lasting outcomes.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

Deliver change activities across transformation, regulatory, operational and customer-focused initiatives.

Develop and execute change plans that support successful implementation, adoption and business outcomes.

Partner with business leaders, project teams and stakeholders to drive readiness and embed change.

Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and business readiness activities.

Create communications, learning and engagement activities that support adoption and capability uplift.

Monitor outcomes, manage change risks and support governance, reporting and continuous improvement.
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

3-7 years' experience in change management, business transformation, project delivery, communications, learning or related disciplines

Experience delivering change across business, operational, technology or transformation initiatives, supported by a sound understanding of change management principles and frameworks.

Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and business readiness activities.

Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, including developing communications, learning and engagement materials.

Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and proactively identify risks and issues.

Curiosity about technology, digital and AI-enabled tools, with banking experience, change certification and Agile delivery exposure viewed favourably.
