This is a high-impact change lead role where you'll lead the design and delivery of change strategies across some of Personal Banking's most significant initiatives. Working closely with senior business leaders, program teams and stakeholders, you'll help shape implementation approaches, build change leadership capability and ensure change is successfully adopted, embedded and sustained. You'll be a trusted advisor, bringing expertise across engagement, communications, learning, readiness and adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

Lead the development and delivery of end-to-end change strategies, plans and implementation activities.

Assess organisational impacts, stakeholder needs, business readiness, and change risks across initiatives.

Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership enablement and sponsorship effectiveness.

Design learning, capability uplift and adoption strategies to support successful change outcomes.

Measure change success through adoption metrics, benefits realisation and performance reporting.

Provide change leadership through governance reporting, cross-team coordination, facilitation, coaching, mentoring and continuous improvement of change practices.
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

7-10+ years' experience in change management, transformation, organisational development, business execution or related disciplines

Deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, learning, readiness and adoption.

Strong strategic thinking, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.

Proven capability in leadership coaching, sponsorship enablement, workshop facilitation and executive communication.

Demonstrated success delivering measurable change outcomes, managing adoption risks and coordinating multiple initiatives in complex environments.

Relevant tertiary qualifications and change management credentials, with experience across diverse transformation types, Agile and traditional delivery methods, and a strong interest in technology and AI-enabled change.
