In this Senior Product Manager role you will be:

• Working with senior stake holders in communicating and maintaining the vision, roadmap, goals and future state experience
• Prioritizing initiatives and work streams, ensuring that the highest priority work and tasks within the portfolio deliver strong customer outcomes
• Collaborating closely with the team on objectives, product backlog, and associated deliverables
• Driving an engaging a highly effective team
• Making decisions and drive the team to priorities, balancing trade offs, and risks
• Representing the portfolio and the work when engaging with senior stakeholders

What you'll bring 

• An in-depth understanding of relevant financial products from either a business or technology perspective 
• A background in MarTech, AdTech or recent experience with Gen AI
• Demonstrated experience mobilising and supporting medium to large, cross-functional and self-managing teams to accomplish outcomes
• Demonstrated business and commercial acumen
• Experience working with agile ways or working and familiarity with human-centred design techniques
• Ability to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders, developing it into a shaped roadmap
• Project delivery and knowledge of the software development cycle
