In this Senior Product Manager role you will be:
- Working with senior stake holders in communicating and maintaining the vision, roadmap, goals and future state experience
- Prioritizing initiatives and work streams, ensuring that the highest priority work and tasks within the portfolio deliver strong customer outcomes
- Collaborating closely with the team on objectives, product backlog, and associated deliverables
- Driving an engaging a highly effective team
- Making decisions and drive the team to priorities, balancing trade offs, and risks
- Representing the portfolio and the work when engaging with senior stakeholders
What you'll bring
- An in-depth understanding of relevant financial products from either a business or technology perspective
- A background in MarTech, AdTech or recent experience with Gen AI
- Demonstrated experience mobilising and supporting medium to large, cross-functional and self-managing teams to accomplish outcomes
- Demonstrated business and commercial acumen
- Experience working with agile ways or working and familiarity with human-centred design techniques
- Ability to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders, developing it into a shaped roadmap
- Project delivery and knowledge of the software development cycle
