In this Consultant Quality Engineer& innovation role, you will
- Experience frontline technology capabilities being leveraged by our retail and contact centre bankers.
- Perform hands-on interaction with contact centre amazon connect capabilities, frontline banker components like Card swipe, Teller cash recyclers, IPAD kiosks, printers, and other banking devices.
- Perform end-to-end quality engineering on Banker application (eBOBS, NabOne etc.) integrated with Amazon connect and branch teller frontline components like CardSwipe, TCR, Printer etc. ensuring they meet expected behaviour , performance and quality standards. (Internal)
- Enable technology platform to replicate customer and banker experience to drive simplification strategies.
- Work closely with product owners, design, architect, engineering teams to develop requirements and test plans to engineer and innovate the change in the Lab.
- Identify, log, and manage defects using standard tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Leverage test management tools like Qtest for test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Delivering MTP, DSR, TSR and other relevant testing artefacts
What you’ll bring
• Hands-on of experience in software testing, with a focus on banking application testing.
• Hands-on experience with banker applications like eBOBS, NabOne, and amazon connect softphone.
• Wide understanding of writing and executing test cases based on business requirements.
• Ability to work in a hardware testing environment, with familiarity testing banking hardware like Card swipe terminals, Teller cash recyclers, IPAD kiosk and Banker passbook printers.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, participating in sprint ceremonies and collaborative testing practices.
