In the role of Senior Private Client Manager you will join the Private Wealth team that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

You will proactively manage private client relationships, overseeing lending, deposit, investment and broader financial requirements. Drive new client acquisition while delivering highly tailored, personalised banking and wealth solutions to meet the complex needs of high‑value customers.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of High Net Worth clients
  • Identify and originate new business and referral opportunities, leveraging strong internal partnerships and a well‑established network of external professional contacts
  • Provide trusted advice to support clients in preserving and growing their wealth, drawing on specialist solutions
  • Exercise personal lending authority by sanctioning facilities within delegated credit limits
  • Prepare and submit complex lending proposals outside personal authority, including end‑to‑end credit analysis, industry research and well‑supported recommendations for approval

 We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in banking, with a strong focus on complex lending and investment solutions
  • Demonstrated experience supporting High Net Worth individuals, family offices and high‑income earners, delivering private banking products and services with a clear emphasis on client growth, credit assessment, lending and holistic wealth strategy development
  • Proven capability managing sophisticated client portfolios
  • Sound understanding of financial markets and investments, supported by one or more relevant industry accreditations such as ARMA, RG146 or Kaplan
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) transactions, including structuring and credit assessment
  • Strong business development capability, with a track record of new client acquisition and relationship expansion
