In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Securitisation Origination team within Corporate & Institutional Banking that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Support the origination, structuring and execution of securitisation transactions, including warehouse facilities and term issuance.
- Undertake financial and credit risk analysis for securitisation transactions, including preparation of credit submissions, term sheets and due diligence.
- Assist with ongoing portfolio management and monitoring of securitisation exposures.
- Collaborate closely with Syndicate, Markets, Credit Risk, Legal, Client Coverage and Execution teams across C&IB.
- Prepare presentation materials, pitches and market updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Attend client meetings and support relationship management and new origination opportunities.

- Excels in a dynamic environment and can successfully multi-task.
- An understanding of tax and accounting principles and standards.
- Sound numerical, financial analysis and modelling skills.
- Prior experience in banking and finance, credit, and securitisation origination.
- Understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment.
