In this Senior Consultant (Digital Strategy & Transformation) role, you will be joining the Digital Strategy & Transformation team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Synthesise findings and develop compelling, structured business presentations that clearly articulate recommendations
• Partner with colleagues across the digital domain as well as external Business Units to ensure strategy aligns with core digital priorities
• Develop a detailed understanding of the banking industry and trends, including implications for NAB
• Lead with a point of view on the core customer priorities and the digital capability to meet those priorities which NAB should invest time and money to deliver
• Form multiyear roadmaps to meet customer and commercial objectives with a view on sequencing and where to start
• Synthesis multiple sources of information to create compelling corporate storytelling and visual PowerPoints

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Proven experience in a consulting or corporate roles driving strategy and insights to influence priorities and milestones
• Banking and Financial Services industry knowledge with an understanding of core products and customer needs
• Experience in commercial and technical conversations
• Proven track record in transforming business priorities through commercial and customer lead insights
• Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication of concepts and recommendations
