As the Senior Consultant, Delivery & Execution, you will be part of the Bank of Choice team in Personal Everyday Banking (PEB), that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

You will be responsible for taking the Bank of Choice Insights and convert into an initiatives and delivery master plan across marketing, personalization, digital, retail and direct channels. It will require building an initiative master plan and ensure its flawless implementation to meet monthly and quarterly business goals. Partnering closely with key senior stakeholders across Personal Everyday Banking, Consumer Finance, Distribution channels to co-create the ideas and design initiatives to drive implementation.

Improving Customer Engagement leading to more customers using NAB as their primary bank for all their financial needs including deposits, savings, spending, unsecured lending and mortgage needs has been identified as a key priority in the Group Strategy Evolution leading to better Customer Lifetime Value.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Assess the current campaigns, identify opportunity to uplift and optimize the campaigns to deliver the Bank of Choice Outcome.
  • Identify gaps in Growth sufficiency and build ideas and innovation masterplan for customer centric growth and customer lifetime value
  • Lead Experimentation and Pilots to create a pipeline of ideas
  • Develop business cases that support the prioritisation of growth initiatives
  • Lead a cross functional team to drive systematic and timely delivery of the initiatives
  • Develop and champion execution of the customer engagement roadmap and performance uplift
  • Develop and implement performance reporting of key customer engagement and Primary banking initiatives working with Data Analytics, Data Science, Customer Decisioning, Marketing, Customer Communication Insights Teams
  • Business casing – forecasting the likely cost and return of proposed initiatives and supporting effective prioritisation
  • Project management of the cross-functional team. This includes developing and maintaining project plans, proactively managing dependencies across the value chain, status reporting and implementing agile rituals in the team

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: 

  • Proven track record in financial or banking services and/or B2C business, driving ideas and innovation, large scale delivery, process efficiency, change management, customer strategy and execution.
  • Proposition development experience highly regarded.
  • Strategic acumen to architect long-term enabled strategies that capitalise on NAB's differentiators and market positioning 
  • Expertise in fostering cross-functional collaboration through data-driven problem-solving approaches, championing integrated decision-making across technology, product, and business functions
