In this Head of Technology Delivery role you will:

• Provide technical program leadership across large-scale, high-value initiatives with complex dependencies
•  Accountable for end-to-end delivery of portfolios and programs
• Facilitate delivery of the business outcomes to enable the program sponsor to realise return on investment.
• Lead and coordinate global teams to deliver significant business and technology transformation,
• Coach and develop leaders and teams, role-modelling Who We Are, PEAK, and Distinctive Leadership behaviours
• Collaborate with the Delivery Excellence Team to build capability and drive a consistent approach

What you will bring:

• Deep technical transformation experience demonstrated in a large complex environment.
• Proven experience developing business and investment cases, including viability assessment and benefits management
• Program and portfolio management expertise, including planning, budget, risk, and dependency management.
• Proven practical experience shaping and executing strategy, from ideation through to delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Extensive use of structured program/project methodologies inclusive of Scaled agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management and Technology delivery.
• Strategic thinker with strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building capabilities.
• Proven senior leadership capability, building and leading diverse, high-performing teams.
