As a Senior Business Analyst, Innovation, you will be part of the Group Innovation team, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

• Deliver high quality analysis, requirements and recommendations to support the end-to-end innovation process from idea through to incubated proposition in market, through to fully scaled proposition.
• Define and develop innovative solutions which deliver value to customers and business stakeholders, ensuring new innovative products are designed and delivered to meet customer needs and in line with the product vision.
• Partner with the Associate Director Innovation to ensure incubated propositions are implemented to address key design hypotheses.
• Working across a broad range of stakeholders to understand regulatory, operational, and technical considerations relevant to the product.
• Support facilitations of customer interviews and/or research to ensure customer needs and insights are used to inform proposition progression and decisions.
• Using research and data analysis to assist in the design, prioritisation and delivery of product iterations, enhancements, and fixes.
• Driving customer analysis and evolving customer understanding through the systemic use of customer metrics. 
• Support the collation, assessment, and sizing of a backlog for delivery including the documentation of user stories and business requirements that can be used by an agile delivery team to develop or configure solutions.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Demonstrated experience working in a similar Business Analysis role within a large-scale complex organisation, within Financial Services.
• Proven experience in eliciting business requirements based on business and customer need from quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience conducting analysis using various methodologies to develop insight and recommendations for product innovations.
• Hands-on experience with analysing and understanding customer needs, including involvement in conducting customer interviews / testing.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting financial and commercial analysis such as product pricing/ margin analysis and business case development.
• Proven experience working within an Agile software development environment and Human Centred Design expertise.
• Advanced analytical skills and familiarity with frameworks and tools coupled with the ability to work with structured and unstructured data and perform robust analysis to draw insights and drive decision making.
• A passion for solving real customer problems and developing best practice standards.
