In the role of Consultant Marketing Performance Management, you will join the Marketing Performance Management team at NAB that’s doubling down on customer obsession! 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Execute the vision and roadmap for 1:1 measurement and reporting capability that encompasses the new MarTech capabilities.
  • Drive the use of sophisticated and innovative tools and methods providing data driven measurement solutions and our experimental design framework that supports strategic decision making across Marketing and Product teams. 
  • Communicate, embed and educate marketing teams about measurement that simplifies reporting for all the stakeholders.
  • Gather & document requirements for any request from marketing stakeholders.
  • Prioritise and maintain product backlog working closely with various teams and stakeholders to define what needs to be built in the form of epics, features and stories.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience working in marketing with proven experience in analytical techniques that measure marketing performance across 1:1 channels.
  • Strong knowledge of 1:1 marketing measurement techniques namely experimental design.
  • Proven experience in a customer/product/marketing data analytics role with a preferred background in statistics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills required in order to convey complex analytical solutions in a simple manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Agile ways of working
  • Risk awareness related to Data Security (desirable)
