• Lead governance and performance management for a large and diverse Personal Banking change portfolio, influencing executive decision-making.  

• Own portfolio visibility, prioritisation and reporting frameworks that drive strategic investment and delivery outcomes.  

• Lead and develop a team while driving continuous improvement through automation, data insights and operational excellence.

 In the role of Manager, Performance and Change Governance, you will join the PB Change Enablement team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.  

You’ll make an impact each day by:  

• Managing governance, reporting and performance management across the Personal Banking Change portfolio. 

• Leading Executive Change Councils, governance forums and portfolio review processes. 

• Developing executive dashboards, scorecards and portfolio insights to support strategic decision-making. 

• Driving portfolio prioritisation, planning, sequencing and change pipeline management. 

• Lead operational delivery, governance, reporting and implementation of the annual Performance Plan process, ensuring quality execution and alignment with enterprise requirements. 

• Leading a high-performing team and continuously improve governance, reporting and portfolio management practices 

You’ll bring to this role:  

• Significant experience in portfolio management, PMO, governance, business management or large-scale transformation environments. 

• Strong understanding of enterprise change delivery, governance frameworks and portfolio management disciplines. 

• Proven ability to create executive reporting, dashboards and data-driven insights. 

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and risk management capability. 

• Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering operational excellence in complex environments
