- Partner across Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Distribution and Operations to drive sustainable growth and customer outcomes
As a Manager, Performance & Reporting, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the performance and strategic direction of the Consumer Cards portfolio. Leading a small team, you'll provide the insights, governance and performance frameworks that support effective decision-making, portfolio optimisation and delivery against financial, customer and regulatory objectives.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
- Lead the development of annual business plans, performance tracking and portfolio reporting across the Consumer Cards business
- Drive strategic prioritisation across product, customer, regulatory and technology investments
- Coordinate strategic reviews, portfolio planning cycles and quarterly business reviews
- Develop robust reporting processes that ensure data accuracy, quality, reconciliation and transparency
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities for the cards portfolio
- Prepare Executive, Leadership and Board reporting that informs strategic decision-making
- Translate enterprise and business objectives into actionable portfolio plans and performance measures
- Establish and maintain integrated performance management frameworks across the portfolio
- Monitor progress against business plans, strategic objectives and transformation commitments
- Identify portfolio risks, dependencies and performance challenges, driving timely actions and solutions
- Analyse competitor activity, market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional action plans and ensure delivery accountability across strategic initiatives
- Foster a culture of performance discipline, continuous improvement and strong governance across the business
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
- 5+ years' experience in product management, portfolio management, banking, financial services or payments
- Proven experience leading planning, strategy, performance management or portfolio management functions
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of portfolio economics and performance drivers
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
- Experience leading executive-level reporting, governance and business planning activities
- Strong financial management capability, including forecasting, budgeting and investment prioritisation
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead outcomes across complex stakeholder groups
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience developing performance management frameworks, KPIs and portfolio reporting
- Ability to identify opportunities, balance competing priorities and drive execution against strategic objectives
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience developing teams and fostering accountability
- Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded
