As an Analyst, Performance & Reporting, you'll be part of the team responsible for providing the performance insights, reporting and governance that underpin the Consumer Cards portfolio. Working across a broad stakeholder group, you'll help leaders understand business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and support informed decision-making through accurate, insightful and timely reporting.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
  • Develop and maintain Executive and Partner reporting for the Consumer Cards portfolio
  • Deliver accurate reporting, reconciliations and insights that support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Coordinate portfolio planning, strategic reviews and quarterly business review activities
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across the cards business
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify trends, risks, dependencies and growth opportunities
  • Provide analysis on competitor activity, industry developments and market trends
  • Establish and maintain performance management frameworks that improve portfolio visibility and accountability
  • Track progress against strategic objectives, business plans and transformation initiatives
  • Support governance activities and ensure reporting aligns with regulatory and business requirements
  • Work with stakeholders across Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations and Distribution to achieve business outcomes
  • Coordinate cross-functional action plans and performance improvement initiatives
  • Deliver clear and actionable insights that inform prioritisation and investment decisions
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
  • 2+ years' experience in portfolio management, product management, banking, financial services, payments or a related field
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of portfolio performance and business economics
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience developing reporting, performance analysis or portfolio management frameworks
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to reporting accuracy and data quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting and presentation development
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using reporting and analytical tools, with advanced Excel skills highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
  • Postgraduate qualifications highly regarded
