In the role of Business Banking Manager, Box Hill you will join a high-performing team of Business Bankers who are driving real impact for customers—focused, empowered, and committed to keeping things simple. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Personally develop and manage a portfolio of SME customers.
- Identify new business and establish, develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets.
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.
- Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
- Identify new referral opportunities.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- A genuine passion for customer service and extensive customer facing experience.
- A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
- Strong financial acumen and comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience
- A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours.
- Broker experience preferred.
