In the role of Associate, you’ll join NAB’s Treasury team that’s doubling down on keeping it simple.

Each day you will go above and beyond to:

• Support the application and review of NAB’s funds transfer pricing framework, driving optimal balance sheet outcomes.
• Support customer pricing for large single name deposits.
• Develop relationships and work closely with key stakeholders including other Treasury teams, Finance, Bankers, Product, Pricing, and Risk.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, uplifting governance, controls and efficiency.
• Proactively manage risk and adhere to all governance and compliance requirements, escalating events as required.

What you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience Financial Markets, Finance or Treasury.
• Ability to engage and negotiate with influence across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proven organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and team player.
• Analytical, financial modelling skills, numeracy and forecasting ability.
• Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities.
