Exciting opportunity to join as a Senior Analyst, Engineer being part of IDV and CDR engineering squads, building great customer-centric solutions for Customer Onboarding and Mastering. This critical role will contribute in shaping the future of our customer experience and drive innovation across our organization.

In this role of Senior Analyst Engineer,you will be doubling down on customer obsession and keeping things simple. 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to take ownership of: 

• Design, development, test, deploy, maintain, and improve’ fit for purpose software which is ‘resilient, secure, reliable, and scalable.
• Code scalable micro-services and APIs with automated software deployment; rollbacks and monitoring, using Java programming and integrated technologies on AWS Cloud architecture.
• Detailed solution design; developing flowcharts & layouts; produce specifications and determine operational feasibility; documentation (technical requirements, solutions papers, support/operations knowledge base); write high-quality testable code.
• Develop software, making use of NAB engineering framework inclusive of containerised microservices patterns in Java (Spring Boot), Node.js and Python and front-end development; CI/CD pipelines; automated builds; with regular code commits; solid unit/component test coverage; software verification and quality assurance plans.
• Continuous improvement of user experience, functional enhancements, cost optimisation, performance, scalability, reliability and security uplifts.
• Build and run’ of secure and reliable product development and on-going uplift and maintenance of security, compliance, defects, incidents, and problems across all technical aspects of delivered software products.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

• Technology experience in application development using Java
• Experience of delivering software products packages combined infrastructure-as-code using CI/CD with technologies Terraform, Harness/Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory under enterprise change control.
• AWS skills inclusive of  EKS, EC2, S3, KMS, EFS, Cloud Watch, Secrets Manager EC2, S3, AWS Transfer Family, IAM, VPC, RDS, Security Groups & Tag Editor.
• RDS Database (Postgres) skills for  applications development with integrated database.
• Workflow tools such as JIRA / Rally
• Experience of technology monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Neo OpenSearch or similar
