Consultant, Payroll Governance (Full-Time & 24-month fixed term contract opportunities available)

Support our amazing people operational excellence team by ensuring our payroll processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements, whilst optimising payroll systems and procedures.

In this role, you will 

• Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies 
• Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of payroll data 
• Develop and implement controls to prevents and address payroll issues 
• Collaborate closely with our People & Culture (P&C) teams to ensure payroll content accuracy and deliver an exceptional user experience 
• Achieve success by being results driven and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment 

What you’ll bring

• Track record of experience in identifying, analysing, mitigating payroll-related risks and remediation model building 
• In-depth knowledge across payroll-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements 
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems (SAP - essential, Spinifex reporting - desirable) 
• Passionate about operational and customer excellence
