  • Multiple branch roles across our Sydney CBD and inner suburbs, and travel between city locations with minimal notice is required
  • All roles are 32+ hours per week, 5 days Monday to Friday

In this role, you will

As a Customer Advisor, you will act as the face of NAB to the community, working closely with our customers to help them with their banking needs and deliver exceptional customer service in an environment that is challenging and fast-paced.

Supporting our Sydney CBD and nearby branchesyou will be the first point of contact for customers when they visit our retail branch, whether it’s to open an account, inquire about our products, or manage their finances. You’ll be involved in every aspect of the customer journey by helping them find solutions to their financial needs through our products, services, and advice. A big aspect of the Customer Advisor role currently is the focus on protecting our customers from scams and online phishing.

  • Availability to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, within the operating hours of 9:00am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:00am-5:30pm Friday
