As an Executive Assistant for the CRO Personal Banking and uBank office, you will oversee and provide high level administration support to multiple Executives by undertaking a wide range of administrative, advisory and secretarial support work. You are a motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and ensure the highest levels of confidentiality are at the forefront of everything you do.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure your executives are fully and seamlessly supported in an accurate and timely manner in all aspects of the execution of their role, and that their time can be directed to managing executive level activity.
  • Ensure all administrative matters in the office are undertaken proactively and efficiently.
  • Manage calendars and emails for executives according to their priorities and that they are prepared for meetings, conferences, and functions.
  • Manage PeopleHub and SAP data input and maintenance (onboarding / offboarding of executive’s direct report employees, creating roles in SAP, SAP movements and ordering provisions).
  • Arrange travel arrangements and event management as required.
  • Manage Ad hoc administration duties.

What you’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar large organisation supporting at Senior Executive Level.
  • Advanced computer skills and familiarity with NAB Internal systems including Sourceline, Flexipurchase, PAP, SAP, MyID, Service NAB, etc.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills when working in a complex environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously when required, be proactive and anticipate needs.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internal and external.
  • A passion for driving culture and teamwork in a high performing business.
