In this Talent Acquisition Associate role, you will

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment services applying best practice methodologies
• Be a talent magnet to source, engage and select diverse talent via effective sourcing channels
• Support and deliver TA strategies that contribute to hiring diverse and quality hires for NAB
• Provide TA advisory to stakeholders to ensure NAB delivers on its commitments today and into the future
• Work within the broader TA team to add ideas and input to continuously improve our service offering

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in complex environments, ideally with a foundation in a recruitment agency
• Experience proactively sourcing passive candidates through various channels - ATS, LinkedIn etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to deliver in ambiguous environments
• Customer-obsessed approach for both business stakeholders and candidates alike 
• Superb stakeholder management skills across a broad stakeholder group
