The role:

In this Senior Agribusiness Manager role, you will:

  • Be responsible for pro-active management of Agribusiness relationships providing fully integrated corporate solutions, and full portfolio management via growth through existing customer relationships, acquisition of new customers and expense management. 
  • Take on a portfolio of diverse makeup of medium to large Family and Corporate Agricultural and Post-Farm Gate clients that will provide a unique opportunity to manage complex enterprises and professional relationships.
  • Use your business development and relationship management skills, to provide financial advisory services, fully integrated financial solutions, and risk management for customers.
  • Ensure success through understanding our client's unique businesses, communicating effectively, making timely decisions, utilising your strong commercial acumen, and driving innovation and continuous improvement.

What you will bring: 

  • Drive and tenacity.
  • Experience and enjoyment of all aspects for financial analysis.
  • Passion for relationship management.
  • Highly experienced Agribusiness Manager or an individual with a significant Agri background and previous banking experience with the ability to pick up systems quickly.
