In this Health Banking Manager role, you will:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking customers and referral partners
  • Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
  • Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
  • Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities
  • Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market
  • Work with customers on their proposed annual business plans
  • Prepare and submit customer lending proposals

What you will bring:

  • Experience in sales and/or business lending experience in the formal Financial Services sector as well as commercial acumen
  • Proven ability to form Business relationships – both internal and external, as well as building appropriate networks, internally and externally
  • A strong background in new business development and acquisition
  • Experience in working with customers, uncovering their needs, and delivering appropriate solutions as well as up-selling/cross-selling
