Consultant, Payroll (24-month fixed term contract, based in Melbourne or Sydney)

Support our amazing people operational excellence team by serving as a payroll subject matter expert to deliver project and business outcomes to an exceptional standard.

In this role, you will 

• Leverage your payroll expertise to assess, design and enhance payroll processes and systems 
• Ensure that approaches are aligned with projects across operational excellence and the broader People and Culture (P&C) team 
• Keep a strong focus on risk and compliance, ensuring that effective controls are established and maintained 
• Collaborate with your payroll leads to ensure that process maps and work instructions are accurate and current 
• Achieve success by being results driven and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment 

What you’ll bring

• Track record of payroll experience across complex corporate environments 
• Exceptional SAP and Microsoft Excel skills (or similar systems) 
• Passionate about operational and customer excellence 
• Proficiency across project management and delivery
• Exposure with payroll remediation & reconciliation, and enterprise agreement interpretation
