In this Analyst role, you will:

  • Support the execution of our Mortgage Credit strategy through strategic projects and regulatory initiatives that are in line with our risk appetite.
  • Analyse data and curate insights and recommendations to optimise the financial performance of the Home Lending portfolio.
  • Communicate analytical insights to stakeholders in a concise manner.
  • Recommend and implement credit strategies, process improvements and enhancements to technology infrastructure and digital platforms.

What you will bring:

  • Exceptional analytical skills paired with an inquisitive mind-set.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in stakeholder management.
  • A background in finance, actuarial, mathematics, physics or engineering is highly preferred.
  • Experience in statistical decision tools and using SAS, SQL or Python is highly desired.
