As a Senior Agile Business Analyst, 12 month fixed term contract, you will
- Work in one of the episode squads and serve as the primary liaison between Technology and Business end-users
- Work with the business to analyse business requirements and produce documented and approved specifications for any new or change to technology applications and/or business processes
- Work with the Product Owners to refine the backlog of the team through prioritisation, estimation and decision making
- Support Developers, Analysts and Quality Engineers in understanding the requirements, so they can deliver on their commitments
- Capture requirements into epics, features, user stories and dependencies in collaboration with the squads that aligns with business requirements
- Perform analysis (scenario, policy, customer, data, gap, change) in order to articulate business need and solution requirements
- Develop process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting and other required outputs
- Ensure the Delivery and Development teams understand the value of each user story that is being delivered at the right time
What you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Agile Business Analyst role within Technology environment
- Proven analysis and delivery experience within complex environments
- Extensive experience working in an agile environment
- Creativity and ability to simplify complex processes and issues, problem solving and analysis
- Comfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops, in a cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of change.
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
