In this Broker Business Banking Manager role, you will 

• Discover new business and referral prospects while building, expanding, and leveraging networks of internal and external contacts 
• Preserve and improve your portfolios credit risk profile while optimising profitability 
• Launch initiatives to foster customer growth in the local market and execute annual business plans for your portfolio 
• Collaborate with brokers to understand the financial needs of clients and offer tailored banking solutions 
• Keep up with market trends, competitive offering and regulatory changes to offer strategic insights that can enhance client acquisition and retention efforts 

What you’ll bring

• Track record of experience across retail or business banking 
• Exceptional financial acumen and relationship management skills 
• Passionate about sales and business development 
• Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services
