In this Change Manager role, you will:

  • Successfully deliver end to end change management activities required to support program implementation, including creating tailored Change Plans, Change Impact Assessments and ensuring thorough business readiness for changes
  • Apply change management methodologies to deliver outcomes and strategic change
  • Identify stakeholders impacted by changes and build strong relationships with Senior Business Stakeholders and Executives
  • Influence and drive Change Programs in Private Wealth
  • Ensure seamless transitions and adoption with minimal operational disruption or operational risk.
  • develop metrics to monitor and track the adoption of changes. Create a plan to assess progress, pivot as needed, and ensure realization of project benefits.


What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in change management and transformational change delivery
  • Ability to think strategically and deliver multiple large scale change programs effectively
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills to influence others
  • Strong problem solving and identifying root cause to address challenges effectively
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively and flexibly with and through others,
  • Proficiency in identifying potential risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the change are manage meticulously
  • Experience designing change strategies for large transformational programs, working with change fatigues and facilitating large workshops to achieve outcomes
  • Proven experience in managing and influencing stakeholders at all levels
