- Undertake a diverse range of residential, commercial, rural lifestyle and rural property valuations across your local market

As a Valuer, Certified Practising, you'll join a team that is customer obsessed and passionate about property. You'll be responsible for completing a broad range of valuations for internal purposes while supporting bankers, brokers and customers with trusted property insights.
Using a combination of physical inspections and desktop assessments, you'll play an important role in helping NAB deliver exceptional customer experiences and informed lending decisions.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
- Complete residential, commercial, rural lifestyle and rural property valuations in line with NAB Valuation Standards
- Deliver valuations within agreed service level agreements and turnaround time expectations
- Conduct valuations through a blend of physical inspections and desktop assessments
- Manage your workload effectively to ensure timely and accurate delivery outcomes
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, professionalism and risk management in all valuation activities
- Share local property knowledge and market insights with banking colleagues and stakeholders
- Contribute to NAB's property intelligence capability within your designated area of responsibility
- Collaborate closely with valuation peers, region leaders and operational teams to achieve team outcomes
- Embrace continuous improvement initiatives, best practices and evolving valuation technologies
- Complete all required compliance and mandatory learning activities on time
- Support a culture of collaboration, customer focus and ongoing professional development
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
- A passion for property and a genuine interest in local property markets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking and report writing capability
- Ability to proactively identify and manage risk
- Strong computing skills and confidence using technology-enabled valuation platforms
- A collaborative approach with the resilience, self-motivation and energy to work effectively within a team
- A willingness to learn, continuously improve and adapt within a changing environment
- Ability to think creatively and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Completion of an approved course of study as defined by the Australian Property Institute (API)
- Membership of the Australian Property Institute as a Provisional, Associate or Fellow member, or Registration as a Licensed Valuer where required by state legislation
- API and/or RICS recognition with rural valuation notation highly regarded
