In the role of Sub-Domain Orchestration Lead (HICAPS) you will join the Transaction Banking Transformation team to coordinate delivery across multiple agile squads within the HICAPS sub-domain, ensuring alignment to strategy, efficient execution, and continuous improvement.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery across multiple squads and product owners, ensuring alignment to HICAPS business priorities.
- Manage backlog planning, prioritisation, and workflow to support strategic outcomes.
- Oversee financials, forecasting, and capacity planning (i.e. resourcing, budgets, story points).
- Identify and resolve cross-squad risks, dependencies, and blockers to keep delivery on track.
- Be responsible for governance and the continuous improvement of Sub-Domain Processes, from identification to implementation and measurement.
- Drive the 12–18-month roadmap of business outcomes and epics within your Sub-Domain aligned to the overarching Domain roadmap.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Experience in large-scale delivery capability and program or portfolio leadership within complex environments, preferably in banking and financial services.
- Experience working in agile at scale environment, with particular focus on hybrid and agile delivery models and contemporary ways of working.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and dependencies simultaneously.
- Strong financial analysis and commercial acumen (i.e. forecasting, budgeting, capacity planning).
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology and product.
