In the role of Senior Intelligence Hub Manager, you will join the Fraud Prevention & Detection team that’s doubling down on responding to emerging fraud and complex threats to strengthen NAB’s fraud intelligence capability and reduce customer harm and financial loss.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of intelligence products, including threat assessments, strategic insights, trend analysis, and advanced analytical outputs.
• Monitor emerging risks, threat vectors, and external intelligence to proactively inform organisational responses.
• Exercise professional judgement over intelligence methodologies, analytical approaches, prioritisation, and executive-level recommendations.
• Partner closely with the Fraud Prevention, Fraud Operations, Technology, Risk and Business teams to embed intelligence into prevention, detection and disruption strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary intelligence and analytics teams, building capability and fostering strong analytical practice.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You’ll need:  

• Extensive experience in intelligence, analytics, risk or related fields, including leadership of specialist teams.
• Demonstrated success leading data science and intelligence functions, translating insights into action at scale.
• Strong people and strategic leadership, with experience embedding intelligence into enterprise strategy and operations.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
• Excellent judgement, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.
