In the role of Senior Audit Manager, you will join Internal Audit team that’s doubling down on winning together.
Each day you will go above and beyond to:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data professionals, ensuring Internal Audit has reliable, scalable and well governed data products that directly support audit planning, execution and insight generation.
- Provide end to end delivery and operational excellence of Internal Audit’s data pipelines, continuous assurance capabilities and reporting products.
- Own and oversee the design, development and operation of pipelines, datasets, transformations, models and reporting products.
- Provide hands on technical leadership setting and embedding clear engineering, reporting and quality standards.
- Drive uplift in delivery maturity, ways of working and agile practices across the team.
- Partner closely with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders within Audit and across the Enterprise.
What you’ll bring
- Substantial years of experience in multidisciplinary engineering and reporting teams, with experience in people leadership roles.
- Deep technical capability across Databricks, Python, SQL, Power BI, Git/GitHub.
- Strong grounding in data modelling, ETL/ELT and DevOps concepts.
- A track record of building robust, scalable and well governed data and reporting products.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience in banking, audit or risk is beneficial but not essential — curiosity, judgement and leadership matter most.
