As part of the Treasury team, you will be responsible for helping to maintain a strong balance sheet, interfacing with the broader business to manage the funding and liquidity profile of the bank. This core function supports both liquidity and funding risk management, making decisions that drive resilience against liquidity stresses and enable customers to trust banking with us.

In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Treasury team that’s doubling down on keeping it simple.
In this Senior Associate role, you will:
- Develop/maintain Liquidity Transfer Pricing models, setting rates, implementing changes in system(s) and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the production and delivery of balance sheet internal and external reporting and communications.
- Implement the Group’s Funds Transfer Pricing framework including Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk.
- Determine appetite and customer price for large single name deposits.
- Work closely with Bankers, Product, Pricing, Finance and Risk to deliver optimal risk reward outcomes.
What you will bring:
- Drive to follow through (takes responsibilities for final outcomes).
- Analytical and problem-solving ability to infer root cause, mitigate consequences, implement fixes, and predict results.
- Strong communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthetise data and communicate findings in a meaningful way.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. This includes the ability to prepare concise and clear commentary for senior stakeholders.
- Years of Financial Markets, Finance, Treasury experience.
- Strong numeracy and conceptual understanding of Treasury landscape.
