In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Client Management & Execution team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed to support NAB’s growing portfolio.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Be responsible for structuring transactions and preparing credit submissions, employing financial modelling where required and making recommendations on transactions to Credit.
- Manage between Client Coverage Team, CME, Product Partners, and client support teams, to achieve a seamless client experience.
- Be responsible for managing the ongoing monitoring of the risk profile and compliance requirements of a client portfolio, ensuring portfolio hygiene is of a good standard.
- Conduct research and analysis to develop industry/sector expertise and knowledge.
- Attend internal and external stakeholders’ meetings where appropriate to support business outcomes while managing portfolio risks.
- Provide guidance/coaching to graduates, analysts and associates where required.

- Tertiary qualifications with a degree in Business or Finance or a related discipline
- Extensive professional experience in the banking / financial industry
- Excel modelling and deal structuring skills
- Broad C&IB product knowledge and industry insight
- Previous experience successfully managing internal stakeholders
