In the role of Senior Associate, you will work closely within the Credit Structuring & Execution team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.
You’ll make an impact each day by:
- Working on new transactions and provide origination support, credit analysis (including financial modelling) and deal execution on transactions across the Diversified Corporates sector.
- Driving transactions forward whilst engaging multiple stakeholders including Client Coverage Team, Product Partners and client support teams, to achieve a seamless client experience.
- Being responsible for managing the ongoing monitoring of the risk profile and compliance requirements of a client portfolio, ensuring portfolio hygiene is a good standard.
- Conducting research and analysis to develop industry/sector expertise and knowledge.
- Attending internal and external stakeholders’ meetings to support business outcomes while managing portfolio risks.
- Providing guidance/coaching to graduates, interns and analysts.
You’ll bring to this role:
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, business, or related discipline.
- Previous experience in Corporate Finance or related banking experience gained in an accounting or advisory environment.
- Well-developed financial modelling, risk assessment and credit writing skills.
- Sound numerical and financial analysis skills.
- Credit writing skills.
- Financial modelling skills.
- Exceptional inter-personal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and connect with clients and key internal stakeholders.
