Drive growth and deliver integrated financial solutions as we expand our SA / NT Corporate Agribusiness team with a newly created Senior Agri Business Manager role.

In the role of Senior Agribusiness Manager, you will join Hugh Bailey and the R&A team that’s doubling down on customer obsession!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key agribusiness clients and referral partners
- Deliver fully integrated financial solutions and risk management strategies
- Drive new business acquisition and implement innovative sales campaigns
- Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to enhance market presence
- Influence strategic direction and contribute to annual business planning
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Significant experience in agribusiness banking, with a strong track record in portfolio and relationship management
- Deep understanding of agribusiness financial services, products, and risk management
- Proven ability to assess economic value and credit risk in complex lending scenarios
- Strong networking, sales, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Degree qualified, ideally with a postgraduate professional qualification
