In the role of Relationship Manager, Medfin, you will join the Medfin team in Sydney, that’s doubling down on winning together and moving with speed.
Each day, you will go above and beyond to:
- Act as the key point of contact for client finance enquiries, representing Medfin in the healthcare market.
- Build deep client relationships, understanding goals and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Grow and manage a high-value portfolio, strengthening Medfin’s reputation in healthcare finance.
- Generate new business through networks, industry insights and targeted prospecting.
- Manage portfolio risk, including credit submissions and ongoing portfolio maintenance.
- Partner with Associates to deliver seamless service and portfolio support.
- Represent Medfin at industry events, building presence and generating opportunities.
- Drive referrals and grow your network through strong, trust-based relationships.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Previous experience in the financial services industry, ideally in equipment finance and commercial lending.
- Previous experience in client relationship management.
- Preferably an understanding of the Healthcare Industry.
- Previous experience in Credit writing & financial assessments is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A strong desire to succeed and create an ongoing career for yourself.
