In the role of Agribusiness Manager Broker, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness team that’s doubling down on winning together.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
• Identify, Agri and Business referral opportunities and establish, develop, and utilise networks of internal and external contacts
• Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
• Coach and support the extended team to ensure the efficient high quality customer service
• Develop and manage a portfolio of key customers and Referral partners
• Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
• Implement initiatives to develop customer growth in the local market
• Implement complex strategies, analysing annual Cash flows and financial statements for relationship growth.
• Personally, sanction lending within own Delegated Lending authorities
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
• Experience and knowledge of Agribusiness/Business banking and/or credit assessment.
• Experience in all aspects for financial analysis
• Drive and tenacity with a passion for relationship management
• Strong customer and relationship management
• Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills
• Exceptional communication skills coupled with superior stakeholder management experience
• Ability to directly manage and grow a portfolio of key clients
• Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
