In the role of Region Manager Proprietary Lending VIC Inner East, you will join the VIC Proprietary Home Lending team that’s doubling down on customer obsession, moving with speed, keeping it simple, owning it and winning together.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Lead a committed team of Home Lending Specialists and Home Lending Executive 1's within the VIC Inner East region market and build strong and sustainable, customer obsessed teams! 
  • Be responsible for overall management of Proprietary Home Lending Specialists who provide Proprietary lending solutions to Personal Banking customers.
  • You will take responsibility to ensure success for everyone at NAB.
  • Improve speed to competency and sales proficiency across Proprietary lending and everyday banking teams as well as lender quality, operational excellence, and customer experience outcomes.
  • Put customers at the centre of everything you do!

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering & driving strong & consistent results.
  • Extensive experience in retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment & management, with a proven track record in sales and a passion for customer service
  • Relevant compliance and sales/service leadership training including lending accreditation.
  • Sound knowledge and skills in Banking regulations, practices and procedures; credit assessment and associated issues; full range of Bank products; Company / commercial law; Accounting principles and practices
