Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to

  • Partner with the Bankers in creating and preparing lending submission, including obtaining documents and collation of information from customers.
  • Perform credit analysis, financial modelling and interpretation of customer’s financial information
  • Deliver a superior customer experience by managing the end to end lending process, maintaining accountability and engaging with the relevant internal contacts
  • Support the Bankers with portfolio management activities including covenant monitoring.
  • Proactively manage risk, adhere to compliance requirements, and escalate issues as identified, ensuring a robust and secure banking environment.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Knowledge of the lending process preferred but not essential
  • Willingness to learn, adaptability and resilience to an constantly changing environment
  • Proactivity and initiative to go above and beyond for our bankers and RMs
  • Strong risk management acumen and commitment to adhering to policies and procedures.
