As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex delivery initiatives, ensuring business and technology teams are aligned, dependencies are managed, and outcomes are delivered successfully while meeting operational, risk and governance requirements.

Each day you'll go above and beyond to:

• Lead and orchestrate large, complex programs across business, technology and operational teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Drive planning, execution and delivery governance, ensuring milestones, risks and dependencies are proactively managed.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across multiple teams and business units.
• Provide clear reporting and insights on program health, delivery progress, risks and readiness activities.
• Ensure operational readiness, change management, training and implementation activities are aligned to delivery timelines.
• Identify, manage and resolve complex issues, roadblocks and competing priorities to maintain delivery momentum.
• Oversee governance, controls and audit-ready documentation to support regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Champion continuous improvement opportunities that enhance delivery effectiveness, stakeholder outcomes and customer experiences. 

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

• Proven experience leading large-scale programs or transformational initiatives within complex organisations.
• Strong delivery leadership experience across business, technology and operational teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies and governance requirements.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders and executives.
• Experience working in Agile, SAFe or similar delivery environments.
  Strong commercial, operational and risk management capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, navigate change and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  Financial services, risk, regulatory, fraud, financial crime or highly regulated industry experience will be highly regarded.
