In the role of Manager Integrated Audits role you will reporting to the Head of Integrated Audits that’s doubling down on customer obsession and winning together.

Each day you will go above and beyond to:

  • Mange and deliver audits and Issue Verifications by guiding the audit team to identify applicable key risks stemming from the use of Technologies, mitigating controls, and to develop and execute a control testing plan. 
  • Execute audits and issue verifications per the Bank’s Audit Methodology through constant stakeholder engagement, produce high quality audit artifacts including the audit report, and to provide Technical SME-guidance to the auditors to develop and execute a risk-based control testing plan and disposition the observations.
  • Support the Head Of to develop and execute the annual audit delivery plan through efficient resource-allocation and support.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience performing risk-based audits, strong understanding of risk-management practices in a medium to large scale environment, preferably in Banking & Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of technology fundamentals, including core IT infrastructure and architecture, networking principles, and security concepts, alongside in-depth knowledge of IT risks and controls. Bring expertise in DevSecOps principles, CI/CD and proficiency in APIs and microservices architecture. Stay ahead of the curve by actively exploring and applying emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, ensuring audit practices remain relevant and robust in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and financial sector compliance requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply these within integrated audit engagements
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across different levels of the organisation.
  • Be flexible and comfortable working in an agile, fast, and constantly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in translating technical findings into business-relevant insights.
  • Communicate clearly in both written reports and verbal updates
  • Proven experience in people management and leadership.
