In the role of Head of, you will work closely with our Business & Private Banking Merchant Services team and our HICAPS team contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.
You’ll make an impact each day by:

Set the vision, roadmap and strategic direction for key supplier and partner relationships

Lead commercial negotiations with new and existing partners alongside Strategic Sourcing and Legal

Create greater cross-pollination between Merchant Services and HICAPS, connecting expertise and improving shared outcomes

Monitor supplier performance, contractual obligations, service levels, risk and regulatory compliance

Lead four experienced individual contributors, setting clear expectations and enabling strong delivery
You’ll bring to this role:

Deep knowledge of payments, acquiring or merchant services, with a strong understanding of the broader industry landscape

Demonstrated experience leading complex commercial negotiations and managing strategic suppliers or partners

Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to assess value, risk, cost and contractual outcomes

Proven leadership capability, with experience supporting and motivating high-performing individual contributors

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to operate across business, technology, sourcing and legal teams
