In the role of Head of, you will join the Business Lending Product team that’s doubling down on customer obsession!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Own and execute growth and retention initiatives across the Business Lending portfolio

Develop and implement new lending propositions to defend and grow market share
-
Analyse industry trends and competitor activity to shape long-term strategy
-
Lead multi-functional teams to deliver transformation and drive adoption
-
Deliver product, process, and policy decisions to maximise customer and business outcomes
-
Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensure adoption and performance tracking
-
Explore industry sectors for future market opportunities – collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to deliver holistic solutions for our customers and colleagues
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Significant experience in banking and financial services
-
Proven track record in product or commercial management
-
Proven track record of leading a high performing team
-
Demonstrated leadership of multi-functional teams
-
Experience in transformation within an agile environment
-
Strong knowledge of P&L and credit risk in a business/corporate banking environment
-
Delivery and change management experience
-
Tertiary qualification(s), ideally in a financial or business-related discipline
