The Director of Creative Excellence is a newly created role focused on the quality and effectiveness of marketing across NAB. By building and leading the frameworks, reviews and practices that underpin our creative ambition, and working closely with teams and agency partners, the role helps ensure our work is distinctive, memorable and delivers meaningful commercial outcomes.

Each day, you will work closely with our marketing team to go above and beyond to:
- Establish and embed NAB’s Creative Excellence approach across the enterprise.
- Partner with marketers on briefs and creative thinking.
- Lead forums that assess creative work.
- Translate learning from creative review into practical guidance for future work.
- Design and deliver creative capability and education initiatives.
We are looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- 10+ years experience in senior marketing, brand, creative strategy or creative effectiveness roles.
- Proven experience working with creative agencies and senior creative talent.
- Demonstrated experience operating at scale within complex, matrixed or decentralised organisations.
- Experience partnering with executive leaders and influencing enterprise wide outcomes.
- Experience across brand-led and performance-led marketing environments.
