As the Delivery Consultant, you will be part of Chief People Officer (CPO) Enabling Units team in the People & Culture domain, that is doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:  

• Ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the CPO Enabling Units office and Business Unit (BU).
• Set, manage and improve processes to ensure compliance with risk and governance policies.
• Proactively and seamlessly work together with Office Group Executive People & Culture (OGEPC) office on process delivery, embedding OGEPC processes & NAB policies to ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of cyclical and ad-hoc management of information. 
• Actively engage and influence senior leaders and key stakeholders across BU and CPO Enabling Units team to collaborate and deliver on time actions, approvals and people initiatives both ad hoc and in the delivery cycle.
• Drive progress towards the Colleague Strategy and People & Culture strategic priorities with reporting, insights, delivery of specified initiatives.
• Partner with the CPO Enabling Units member on the development and delivery of key people activities for their teams including team engagement activities, development days and offsites.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: 

• Demonstrated experience in a similar Human Resources / People & Culture delivery and/or advisory role within a large scale complex organisation with exceptional planning and executional excellence skills.
• Proven track record of business delivery experience within a People & Culture domain is preferred.
• Executive office experience within the large corporate or the banking industry would be desirable.
• Proven track record of effective stakeholder management with the ability to influence outcomes across all levels.
• Highly developed communication, problem solving and decision making skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities and concurrent tasks while ensuring confidentiality and work is delivered to a high standard.
• Sound understanding of governance, operational risk and compliance practices.
