Exciting opportunity for a Data Products Gold Manager to drive quality and efficiency across enterprise‑scale data ingestion on the Strategic Data Platform (Ada).

In the role of Data Products Gold Manager, you will be part of our Data Technology team, doubling down on moving with speed.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to support with:

Leads a team of developers, shapers, testers, and engineers

Drives automation of processes and controls to foster trust in data.

Accountable for the Domain Delivery squad ensuring all planning activities, governance, reporting and finances are managed and reported appropriately
-
Works closely with the Manager Demand, Prioritisation & allocation to ensure resourcing, demand and capacity and finances are aligned appropriately.

Works collaboratively with other Delivery Managers and senior consultant delivery leads and is the Domain Delivery backlog engagement point

Development of function processes documentation, induction documentations, and key metrics and reporting for delivery

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Extensive experience leading a Data Delivery team, with a focus on Cloud technology
-
Experience in communicating with and influencing peers and stakeholders
-
Experience across Agile and adaptive delivery models and mindsets
-
Track record of extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
-
Strong understanding of digital technologies, analytics and business process-based solutions
-
Ability to make tough calls, figuring out ways to deliver business outcome/s while keeping to strict timelines and forecasts
-
Demonstrated ability to break down and communicate strategic business priorities to discrete specifications, digestible for delivery teams
-
Excellent and pro-active approach to technical, delivery and design problem-solving with strong commercial acumen.
